If you get in touch to discuss an engagement, we collect the details you send us, such as your name and email address. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data such as pages viewed and general location.
To send the Weekly Brief to subscribers, to respond to enquiries and deliver commissioned work, and to understand how the website is used.
Weekly Brief subscriptions are processed on the basis of your consent, given when you sign up. Client correspondence and engagements are processed to perform a contract or take steps towards one. Website analytics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest.
Subscriber data is held by Buttondown, our email service provider. Website analytics data is processed by Google. Neither is used for any purpose beyond running the Weekly Brief and understanding site usage.
We keep subscriber and client data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
